Re-imagine an ecological mid-rise, mixed-use, timber structure on a vacant waterfront near the east river and Queensbridge park. This project set its focus on creating a model of an elaborate biophilic design space for the city. Innovative technologies in a diverse set of wood types push the narrative of social, urban, and biophilic living.
